At GAIA, we want you to be happy with your purchase.

Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds on opened consumable items.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at rebeccandungan@gmail.com and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

To assist us, please include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Photographs where applicable

If a refund or replacement is approved, it will be processed using the original payment method.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item received was incorrect, damaged or faulty.
